Key Features
The System Audio Saxo 60s are a pair of floor-standing speakers that only require 50 watts of power to really get the most out of your music. Designed to look beautiful, these speakers will fit perfectly in your home and will look great alongside your other furniture pieces. At System Audio, the experts who design the speakers will often focus more on sound performance than other loudspeaker brands. This is reflective of System Audio's roots in music. Each material chosen for the Saxo 60 is picked for its acoustic qualities and authenticity.

These speakers are incredibly versatile. When playing at a low volume you can still hear all the details of the music and the sound of the speakers remains pure. When connected to the TV the Saxo 60 will reproduce the dialogue of the actors perfectly and every nuance will be clear. When you play loud music you will be amazed by the durability of these speakers and you will be able to enjoy the music for hours and hours.
The team at System Audio designed the drive units for the Saxo 60 from scratch. With the materials specially selected, each drive unit is designed to work together and complement one another. The detail in the sound produced is clear. Every instrument can be heard as if it were there in the room with you.
The Saxo 60 is the first speaker to use technology from the System Audio Legend family of speakers. The influence can be heard in the accurate bass reproduction thanks to the lightweight woofers that can respond precisely to any fluctuation in the music. The tweeter uses System Audio's patented acoustic DTX lens to fill the room with sound and provide a great listening experience regardless of where you are in the room.
System Audio grew from a desire that the founder, Ole Witthøft, had. That desire was to hear some loudspeakers that really reproduced music in a way which really sounded live. This began a journey of designing speakers with a real passion behind them. System Audio believes that a loudspeaker is not just about technological complexity, but also about its role as a furniture piece in its own right.
The Scandinavian speaker maker reserves a certain degree of ire for the parts of the hi-fi world which insist on either inadequate listening set-ups or completely over the top set-ups that require a complete rearranging of your living space and huge amounts of investment into increasingly technologically advanced pieces of kit. System Audio believes that much of this is unnesscaaery.
System Audio's philosophy of design states that the speaker's design must be sensitive to the acoustics of the room. These acoustics are often the biggest hindrance to the best listening experience. This can be seen in the pro-music production world where acoustic treatment for a room is seen as just as important as the audio equipment itself.
As lovers of music and design, System Audio takes care in the design of their speakers so you don't have to rearrange your room to accommodate one of their speakers. To System Audio, a design which makes a product difficult to function in the real world, is simply bad design.
