The Monitor Audio C2M-T2X is designed for flexible in-ceiling systems where one speaker needs to cover more than one role. Its two-way design combines a 7-inch RST II dual-coil bass driver with two 1-inch C-CAM tweeters, allowing it to work as a single stereo speaker, a wide-dispersion mono speaker, or a surround effects speaker.

It uses RST II driver technology for improved control and clarity, while the twin-tweeter layout gives installers more ways to use one ceiling position. This makes it useful for projects that need wider coverage, stronger setup flexibility and a compact in-ceiling footprint. It suits bedrooms, kitchens, studies, media rooms and surround roles where discreet sound still needs adaptable performance in everyday home systems.
T2X Design For Three Speaker Modes
The T2X suffix refers to its twin-tweeter, switchable design, giving the C2M-T2X three practical operating modes. In Single Speaker Stereo mode, it accepts two amplifier channels to deliver left and right information from one ceiling position, which helps in smaller rooms with limited space. In Mono Wide Dispersion mode, the tweeters work in phase for broader coverage.
