Spitfire fixed frame cinema screens are perfectly suited to a dedicated home theatre room, acoustically transparent screen fabric means speakers can be placed behind the screen and the picture is framed by the luxurious 4" velvet border. The 2.35:1 aspect ratio allows you to enjoy movies exactly as they were intended to be viewed with no black bars top and bottom.

The screen is easy to assemble and provided complete with bracket set for wall mounting, it's also ideal for both 2D and 3D applications with the 1.0 gain white screen being held flat under tension to provide an even projection surface.

Acoustic Transparent

The design of the fabric on this screen allows sound to pass through clearly making it perfect for getting that real cinema experience in your home theatre by enabling you to place speakers behind the screen, just like the real deal. Not only does this allow for correct placement of speakers but it also makes for a super tidy looking installation.

Velvet Frame

High grade 4" extruded lightweight aluminium alloy frame with light absorbing black velvet cover for super sharp edges to the picture. A pure black border is important to prevent light bleed and overlap from undermining your viewing experience. The extra wide shaped border on these screens magnificently frames your projected image and provides a luxurious look.

High Tension

Fabric is held taught by springs at high tension for an ultra-flat projection screen surface providing the flattest, clearest images. The screen fabric is evenly stretched using bars threaded through the cloth at all four sides. A tool is provided to aid installation when initially stretching the screen to make first set-up easier.

Quality Material

Designed to accept installation of speakers behind the screen for the ultimate cinema-like experience with no sound reflections unlike perforated screens. The pure white fibre-glass mesh provides a low gain of 1 for excellent contrast and acoustic transparency of -2.5dB (10kHz - 20kHz). The material is both flame retardant and mildew resistant.
