The product price includes 5 years' warranty and 30 day money back guarantee.

However, the AV.com extended warranty scheme provides an enhanced service, and is designed to offer a higher level of protection than many 'free' warranties offered by some retailers and manufacturers.

The highlights of this enhanced warranty service are:

  • Warranty is extended to 10 years from the date of delivery.
  • Our Money Back guarantee is extended from 30 days to 180 days (terms apply after 30 days)
  • Collection and delivery costs are included for the first 2 years in the event of an item becoming faulty
  • Claim 50% cash back on the cost of the policy after 10 years if it has not been used!
  • Warranty is transferable if the item is re-sold

The WiiM Bar is designed for TV, film, music, and gaming systems that need immersive sound without a complicated speaker setup. Its 3.0.2-channel layout supports Dolby Atmos and DTS:X, using front channels and top-firing height drivers to create a wider, more spacious presentation from a single soundbar. A 2.1-inch touchscreen adds useful at-a-glance control, showing album art, playback, EQ, presets, and source information directly on the bar.


Behind the slim design is an 8-driver acoustic system with three front mid-woofers, three tweeters, two top-firing full-range drivers, and four passive radiators, powered by 135W of system output. HDMI eARC handles TV audio, while Wi-Fi 6E, Ethernet, Bluetooth 5.4, optical, line-in, USB Audio, and WiiM app streaming give it wide everyday flexibility. The WiiM Bar starts as a 3.0.2 system, giving films, TV and games clearer front-channel sound with upward-firing height effects for added space. Dedicated centre information helps voices stay anchored to the screen, while Dolby Atmos and DTS:X support create a more enveloping feel without filling the room with separate speakers. It gives you a simple route into compact home cinema, making everyday viewing more spacious than a basic stereo soundbar while keeping installation tidy and easy to manage. That means fewer cables, fewer boxes and less disruption around your television.

RoomFit And Dialogue Control

RoomFit uses your phone’s microphones through the WiiM Home App to analyse your room and adjust playback for a more balanced response. This helps the bar adapt to different spaces, whether it sits in a compact lounge, bedroom or open-plan living area. Clear Voice and AI Dialog Enhancement bring speech forward during busy scenes, so you can follow conversations more easily. Night Mode reduces sudden volume jumps, making late-night viewing more comfortable without constantly reaching for the remote or disturbing others nearby.

Expandable WiiM Streaming Setup

The WiiM Bar fits into the wider WiiM ecosystem, giving you app control, multi-room grouping and simple access to everyday streaming options.
