Sublime Sound Staging
The RX-V6A features Yamaha’s own room calibration system, known as YPAO™—an abbreviation of Yamaha Parametric room Acoustic Optimiser. With the supplied microphone, YPAO will acknowledge the acoustics of your space and adjust various sound parameters according to the reflected sound it registers. This prevents your room environment from negatively affecting sound on its path to your ears.
MusicCast for Multi-room
Play music in multiple rooms at once, across an assortment of speakers, with all the controls in one place. That one place is the MusicCast app! The MusicCast app lets you customise the controls with personalised images so you can easily recognise which settings are for specific rooms in your home. The Bowers & Wilkins 606 & 607 S3 5.1 Surround Sound Speaker Package merges three new models from the renowned British audio brand's 600 S3 Series. The package includes a pair of the larger 606 S3 Bookshelf Speakers and the more compact 607 S3 Bookshelf Speakers. You'll also find the HTM6 S3 Centre Speaker and an ASW608 Subwoofer in this bundle. These natural-sounding Bowers & Wilkins speakers, combined in a 5.1 surround sound configuration, are ideal in small-sized home cinemas or Hi-Fi rooms.
With the 606 S3 and the HTM6 S3 Centre Speaker in front and the 607 S3 in the rear of your configuration, you'll easily fill a small room with sound. You'll find the extra power of the larger 606 keeps dialogue and vocals clear and distinguished over and above all else. Each of these three models features the freshly upgraded Decoupled Double Dome Titanium tweeter and Continuum cone bass/midrange drivers as part of Bowers & Wilkins' 2023, third-generation 600 Series speakers. Completing the package with the necessary low-frequency boost is the ASW608. This subwoofer shares the core design and engineering principles which can be found throughout the 600 series, all in a compact cabinet.
