HDR10+

HDR10+ signals not only dynamic range (the ratio of light to dark) of video content on a scene-by-scene (or even frame-by-frame) basis, it also provides, in a small amount of metadata, the scene characteristics between bright and dark so that important detail can remain. This enables displays to reproduce images more realistically, adhering to the creator’s intent.

Music Enhancer

When music is encoded into a digitally compressed format like MP3, the frequency response suffers. Yamaha’s Compressed Music Enhancer employs sophisticated digital signal processing using exclusive algorithms to restore what was lost, so the music always sounds the way it should.

High Slew Rate

It would contribute a precise signal transmission, especially suitable for high resolution audio signal. Generally high slew rate amplifier causes unstable signal transmission, Yamaha’s newly design circuit achieves high slew rate with stable signal transmission.

Gaming

Enhanced gaming and media features ensure an added level of smooth and seamless motion and transitions for gaming, movies and video. They include: Auto Low Latency Mode (ALLM) allows enables the ideal latency setting to automatically be set allowing for smooth, lag-free and uninterrupted viewing and interactivity. Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) reduces or eliminates lag, stutter and frame tearing for more fluid and detailed gameplay. Quick Media Switching (QMS) for movies and video eliminates the delay that can result in blank frames before content is displayed. Quick Frame Transport (QFT) reduces latency for smoother no-lag gaming, and real-time interactive virtual reality.

CINEMA DSP 3D

This unique Yamaha proprietary sound field creation technology, was created by combining measured sound field data with digital signal processing. 8K/60Hz, 4K/120Hz

Voice Control

SCENE Buttons

There are four SCENE buttons. You can preset them for different inputs, as well as a sound field program, Music Enhancer, HDMI output and more. The inputs can be set to specific sources, such as an FM or Internet radio station, a station on a streaming service, a USB device or a song on a PC or NAS (network). Once you have set the buttons, simply press one on the main unit or the remote control to power on the receiver and hear your desired music. The buttons can be re-set at any time.

Q Acoustics Q 3010i 5.1 Speaker Package

Comprising of two pairs Q 3010i bookshelf speakers, a Q 3090Ci centre speaker and a Q 3060 subwoofer, the Q3010i 5.1 speaker package provides a massive cinema sound from compact cabinets all of which can be wall mounted with optional, dedicated brackets. Closely matched Q Acoustics In-ceiling and surface-mount speakers are available to purchase separately. Adding these to either 3000i Cinema pack will provide an enhanced multi-channel sound via Dolby Atmos and DTS:X. 

Mid/Bass Driver

Whichever 3000i model you choose the cone is precision formed from impregnated and coated paper and teamed with a newly developed, low-hysteresis, rubber surround. The coated paper cone provides the optimum balance between stiffness and self- damping which means it can accelerate without flexing and stop very accurately without unwanted resonances.

High-Frequency Driver

3000i Series tweeters are decoupled from the baffle via a compliant suspension system. Vibrations from the woofer, which can impair the performance of the tweeter are isolated allowing the tweeter to perform with dramatically reduced interference.

Mounting Options

Dedicated 3000FSi speaker stands and 3000WB wall brackets are available to purchase separately. The wall bracket features tilt and turn capability, while the speaker stands have been designed to specifically fit the 3010i and 3020i speakers. They even bolt to the bottom of the speakers for extra stability.

Point To Point Bracing

Q Acoustics P2P™ (Point to Point) bracing across the 3000i series supports the parts of the enclosure that need to be stiffened making the new enclosures exceptionally rigid, improving the focus of the stereo image and giving the soundstage more accuracy than ever before.
