However, the AV.com extended warranty scheme provides an enhanced service, and is designed to offer a higher level of protection than many 'free' warranties offered by some retailers and manufacturers.
The highlights of this enhanced warranty service are:
Please note that this extended warranty is currently only available on products sold within the UK, EU or EEA, and is subject to the terms and conditions as detailed on the extended warranty certificate provided.
For customers in outlying areas of the country, the price of the Extended Warranty may be marginally higher, due to the potential for higher collection and redelivery transport costs.
This enhanced warranty is in addition to the standard AV.com and manufacturer warranty policies, and the AV.com terms and conditions of trade. No statement or condition of sale contained within these terms affects or restricts your statutory rights as defined under the Consumer Contracts Regulation 2014.

"Still, feed the DALIs high-quality music, whether it's a Qobuz or Tidal stream over BluOS or a 24-bit FLAC from a hardwired music streamer, and you'll be rewarded with renditions that aren't only faithful but also fun to listen to."
"One of the major downsides of having a decent hi-fi system in your home is the mess of cables that inevitably results. DALI has overcome this by producing the active Callisto loudspeakers that work with the company’s Sound Hub. Stable transmission at a high 96kHz/24-bit resolution gives great stereo sound without wires."
The DALI Sound Hub is the mastermind behind the DALI EQUI range. You can wirelessly connect the Sound Hub to the CALLISTO C, RUBICON C and OBERON C speakers, liberating you from the annoying clutter of speaker wires. With just one touch of the LINK & CONNECT button, you'll be able to control these speakers, all from one place. The Sound Hub is equipped with auto-sensing technology, so it will switch on whenever a connected device is activated, immediate immersion in your entertainment. Effortless volume control is also yours with the user-friendly rotary dial.
Using built-in Bluetooth 4.2, you can wirelessly connect the Sound Hub to your smart devices. You'll be able to listen to all your favourite Spotify and Apple playlists in AAC, AptX, and AptX HD quality, which limits background noise to ensure optimal sound clarity. Thanks to ADC technology, the Sound Hub will transmit music from your connected analogue devices in 24-bit/48 kHz hi-res audio. Take the sound to the next level by attaching the DALI NPM-2i BluOS Plug-in Module. This module offers two additional USB inputs, a LAN input, and a WiFi dongle connection.
Thanks to the RCA, AUX 3.5mm, digital optical, and coaxial inputs, the Sound Hub will let you create your very own, dynamic home entertainment system. The Sound Hub also features a volume-controlled, low-pass filter subwoofer output, so you can immerse yourself in powerful bass extension. Thanks to its minimalist design, the Sound Hub will easily fit into any HiFi or home cinema media cabinet.
Easily slotted into one of the DALI Sound Hub’s two module ports, the NPM-2i brings extra connectivity to an already versatile wireless system. The primary purpose of this supplement is to minimise the need for cables in your set-up. You can access your favourite tracks via the BluOS streaming app, available for smartphones, tablets and computers, and compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant voice control; A truly contemporary music system.
As its twin, the Sound Hub HDMI module, looked inwards for in-room multichannel surround sound, the NPM-2i looks outward with BluOS. Amongst its other functions, BluOS can be synchronised with other enabled devices around your home, letting you move from room to room without missing a beat or play different songs in different zones all from one control hub. The BluOS app lets you control volume, edit playlists and optimise your listening experience.
Once enabled, the DALI Sound Hub can replay your favourite online music in up to 24-bit/192 kHz resolution. The NPM-2i is fully MQA certified, using powerful file encoding technology to stream truer, higher-quality tracks to your speakers. Along with wireless streaming, the NPM-2i also equips your DALI Sound Hub with two USB ports for quick and easy stored playback (or WiFi dongle connection), as well as supporting a host of lossless file formats.
