The Wharfedale NOVA 12 Subwoofer is designed for medium to larger listening spaces where stereo and home cinema systems need greater bass depth and scale. Its 12-inch active driver works alongside a down-firing Auxiliary Bass Radiator (ABR), extending low-frequency output down to 23Hz without a conventional reflex port. A high-current Class D amplifier delivers 280W nominal power and up to 770W peak output, providing the headroom needed for demanding soundtracks and music while maintaining controlled bass response.

Advanced DSP management automatically adjusts bass performance across different listening levels, helping maintain low-frequency balance at quieter and higher volumes. Dedicated Music and Movie modes let you prioritise definition for stereo listening or greater impact for home cinema. Aluminium shorting rings help reduce distortion and improve driver control, while adjustable crossover, phase and level settings make integration straightforward. Stereo line-level, LFE and speaker-level connections also provide flexibility when pairing the NOVA 12 with different hi-fi amplifiers and AV receivers.
