The Ruark Audio MR1 MKII Bluetooth Speaker System are award-winning powered speakers with a compact design for placement versatility. These speakers feature 75mm Ruark neodymium woofers, and 20mm silk dome tweeters with low-distortion moving assemblies, allowing for first-rate response time to get the most accurate sound possible. The 20W Class AB amplifier will ensure great efficiency and minimise crossover over distortion, leading to an output that is smooth and realistic.
For hi-fi fanatics, the MR1 MKII speakers are fitted with a switchable analogue input and a subwoofer output, so you can connect to hi-fi components such as a turntable and enjoy a potent analogue sound. The optical input with its 24-bit 192-kHz capability will let you relish major streaming platforms such as Spotify, TIDAL, and Apple Music in thrilling audio quality. Moreover, the MR1 MKII speakers are equipped with an aptX Bluetooth receiver, granting ample hours of hi-res music streaming.
The Ruark RS1 Subwoofer, second in the 100 Series to launch, was born out of demand for a companion to the award-winning MR1 Bluetooth speakers. A 100W Class D amplifier offers a deep, controlled bass that adds a tangible dimension to your listening experience. Enhancing the low-end sounds, the subwoofer features a 170mm long-throw active driver, 170mm passive radiator, and an adjustable crossover of 50-180Hz to deliver a natural, extended bass that will elevate your favourite music. There is even a 180-degree phase switch so you can create a cohesive sound to match the performance of your speakers.
