The Concept 300s include a 165mm mid/bass driver that features a coated paper cone and a high-performance rubber surround, reducing resonance for clearer sound. The 35mm glass fibre voice coil and large ferrite magnet allow the speakers to reach high volumes without distortion. The 28mm tweeter, made from ultra-fine coated microfibres, delivers crystal-clear high frequencies, ensuring every lyric is heard with clarity. It's also decoupled from the cabinet using a rubber gasket to reduce vibrations for a purer sound.
Point to Point Bracing (P2P)
These speakers are equipped with Q Acoustics' exclusive Point-to-Point (P2P) bracing, reinforcing the cabinet at critical points to reduce resonance and colouration, delivering a purer, more accurate soundstage. To handle higher-frequency vibrations, the cabinet uses bespoke Dual Gelcore technology, with three layers separated by a non-setting gel that absorbs vibrations and converts them into heat. This results in a captivating sound that will get you totally immersed in your favourite songs.
High-Quality Design
Built from MDF, these Q Acoustics models feature multiple layers of lacquer and real wood veneers for a striking high-gloss finish. The advanced terminal panel at the rear reduces cabinet vibrations and supports bi-wiring or bi-amping with isolated terminals. Thanks to the Isolation Base suspension system, the speakers can be mounted on the Concept 300 Tripod Speaker Stands. The system uses four springs damped with Sylodamp material to minimise vibration, providing rigid coupling for stunning sound quality.
