New sonic performance standards have been set with the 3000 Series which uses a new 2 in 1 concentric dome tweeter and Aramid fibre and paper cones for the 100mm bass unit. Updated audiophile crossover components and stronger, lower resonance cabinet.
These factors enable for an affordable small loudspeaker that has unparalleled quality and value. The 3010 is suitable for both home cinema and Hi-Fi use, it can also be stand or wall mounted, using the dedicated 3000ST stand or 3000WB wall bracket.
The 3000 Series speakers benefit from the advanced cabinet features imported from the Concept range. This low resonance cabinet design has dual layer front and top panels. With pivotal internal bracing and minimal rear mounted terminal plates the cabinet is strong. Minimal resonance and reduced distortion allow the speakers drive units to perform to their full potential.
Mounted into a butyl rubber resonance cancelling housing the 2 in 1 concentric ring dome tweeter is revolutionary, it embodies sonic advantages. Extremely low distortion and extra wide dispersion, of both ring radiator and dome type high frequency drivers. The tonal quality of the bass and midrange drivers have been enhanced by the upgrading on the cone material to a mix of paper and Aramid fibres.
The improved crossover boasts for audiophile components U-Core conductors to reduce cross talk between components. The 3000 series is available in five finishes, the original Q Acoustics colours, matte graphite, american walnut, gloss black, and gloss white. With the addition of a new stunning finish black leather.
