Monitor Audio Silver On-Wall 8G Speaker (Single), European Walnut Overview
The Monitor Audio Silver On-Wall 8G Speaker is designed for Silver Series 8G systems where wall placement is the most practical option. It can be used for front, centre, side, or rear-channel duties, making it useful for home cinema rooms where floorstanding or bookshelf speakers are not easy to position.
Its slim cabinet uses a 5.25-inch C-CAM RST III bass/mid driver and a 25mm C-CAM Gold Dome tweeter, helping it keep the same tonal character as the wider Silver 8G range. This means dialogue, effects, and music can move more naturally between matching speakers in a surround setup. With its shallow on-wall design, refined crossover, and solid cabinet construction, the Silver On-Wall 8G gives you a discreet way to add clean, consistent speaker coverage without taking up floor or stand space.

The Silver On-Wall 8G uses a 5.25-inch C-CAM bass/mid driver with RST III cone geometry to deliver balanced, detailed sound from its slim cabinet. The carefully engineered driver produces clear vocals, natural midrange and useful low-frequency support, helping films and music retain their scale despite the compact design. Whether used as a front, side or rear speaker, it integrates smoothly with the rest of the Silver 8G range, creating a cohesive surround sound experience without taking up valuable floor space.
Gold Dome Tweeter
A 25mm C-CAM Gold Dome tweeter reproduces high frequencies with clarity and precision, helping dialogue, surround effects and subtle ambient details remain easy to hear. Monitor Audio's refined waveguide design spreads treble more evenly across the listening area, giving everyone in the room a more consistent experience. The tweeter integrates naturally with the bass/mid driver, creating a balanced presentation that suits both music and home cinema while maintaining accurate placement of effects within the soundstage.
Slim On-Wall Design
The Silver On-Wall 8G is engineered for close-to-wall installation, making it an ideal choice where floor space is limited without compromising sound quality. Its slim cabinet delivers clean, controlled performance while blending discreetly into modern living spaces. Designed to work seamlessly with the wider Silver 8G range, it provides flexible placement as a front, side or rear speaker. This allows you to build an immersive surround sound system that combines practical installation with consistent, high-quality audio performance.
