The Radius 3 uses a 4.5-inch C-CAM bass/mid driver with RST III cone geometry, giving the cone added stiffness while keeping weight low. This matters because the driver can start and stop more accurately, helping voices sound clearer and bass notes feel better controlled. The improved motor system supports smoother movement, reducing distortion when film soundtracks or music become busier. Lower resonance and reduced breakup also help the speaker keep detail intact, making it a strong choice for compact front, centre or surround positions in smaller rooms.
C-CAM Gold Dome Tweeter
The Radius 3 is fitted with a 25mm C-CAM Gold Dome tweeter, giving it a larger treble unit than the Radius 1 for greater headroom. Its vented construction helps the dome breathe more freely, which reduces compression and keeps higher frequencies cleaner at everyday listening levels. The UD Waveguide controls how treble leaves the speaker, spreading detail more evenly across the seating area.
