The C1L sits as the Tier 1 large model in Monitor Audio’s Creator Series in-ceiling range, giving you a more cost-effective route into larger ceiling speaker performance. Compared with the C2L and C3L models above it, it uses a simpler two-way C-CAM driver arrangement, which keeps the design straightforward while still delivering clear, balanced sound. This makes it well suited to larger living rooms, kitchens and media spaces where you want dependable coverage without stepping into the higher tiers of the range for everyday use at home comfortably.
Fast, Secure Ceiling Installation
Quik-Link helps make speaker cable connection quicker and neater, which is useful when several ceiling speakers need to be fitted across one project. It reduces cable handling above the ceiling and supports a tidier workflow from the start. Tri-Grip II then clamps the C1L securely into place, helping installers achieve a firm, reliable fit. With a 99mm mounting depth and 248mm cut-out, the speaker gives clear fitting dimensions before work begins, making it easier to plan clean, discreet ceiling installations with fewer on-site surprises.
