The Devialet Dione Soundbar is a cutting-edge all-in-one soundbar, designed with a distinctive anodized aluminium chassis and equipped with seventeen neodymium drivers. One Soundbar; Everything You Need

Dione houses a total of seventeen drivers, comprising nine full-range drivers and eight subwoofers. With all this packed into one elegant soundbar, there’s really no need for anything else. Eight high-excursion subwoofers make Devialet market-leading for bass and performance; not only do you get everything you need in one package with Dione, but you also get more built-in subwoofers than any other single subwoofer available.

With a mix of front-, rear-, side-, up-, and down-firing drivers the Dione is equipped to fill your room with spatial sound (exact configuration is dependent on your choice of shelf versus wall-mounted placement). Its impressive frequency range extends from 24Hz - 21kHz, ensuring each driver provides accurate and dynamic detail across the audio spectrum. With just one soundbar you’ll hear an incredible breadth of frequencies and become totally immersed.

An Adaptable ORB

One of Dione’s seventeen high-quality drivers is its front-firing centre channel, also known as the orb. The orb is a spherical speaker visible on the soundbar’s exterior and is reminiscent of Devialet’s signature round speakers; Phantom, and Mania. Crucially, the orb can be swivelled around when preparing to wall-mount the soundbar. This means the centre channel always maintains front-firing sound delivery, regardless of your desired setup.

As well as the Orb’s ability to adapt, Dione features intelligent room calibration, volume equalisation, and Speaker Active Matching (SAM™) technologies which adapt to source input materials and room conditions. With such technologies, Dione will enhance audio signals and boost delivery for immaculate music and movie experiences.

Sound that Moves You

Get that cinematic atmosphere from the comfort of your own home with this 5.1.2 surround sound, Dolby Atmos-enabled soundbar. As objects move on your TV screen, you’ll hear the movement emulated across your soundbar speaker channels. On-screen action will appear more realistic and tender moments will be even more moving.

In addition to Dolby Atmos, Devialet’s patented SPACE™ algorithm is designed to take any 2.0 stereo audio signals and upscale them to 5.1.2. Consequently, any stereo material can be reproduced with that additional sonic dimension, even if it wasn’t recorded with this purpose in mind. Hear new layers of your favourite music or feel entirely immersed in movies and TV.

Multiroom and Streaming

Dione can be integrated with other Devialet speakers in your home via multiroom. Simply find AirPlay 2 on any iOS device and stream to speakers within the same Wi-Fi network. While streaming, enjoy a variety of modes designed to suit the source material. For example: Movie Mode, which focuses on upscaling mono and stereo signals; Spatial Mode, designed for extracting and accurately reproducing sound layers; Voice Mode for optimal podcasts or news broadcasts; and Music Mode to maintain a stereo signal and disable spatialisation.

ARC, eARC, and CEC

As well as offering fantastic sound performance, Devialet has fully committed to the audio-visual binary. To provide video content on par with its extraordinary sound, the Dione soundbar has been equipped with HDMI 2.1 connectivity. This supports ARC and eARC for higher bandwidth and reduced audio compression. CEC (Consumer Electronics Control) allows you to manage your soundbar’s volume and playback from an existing TV remote control. In addition, you can control and setup your Dione via Devialet’s mobile app for ultimate convenience.
