Technics SL-1500CS Hi-Fi Turntable with Delta-Sigma Drive

The Technics SL-1500CS is a direct drive turntable system designed for precise, stable vinyl playback with minimal maintenance. Building on the legacy of the SL-1500C, it introduces advanced Delta Sigma-Drive digital motor control to reduce rotational irregularities and suppress motor vibration. A coreless direct drive motor ensures consistent speed accuracy, while the two-layer aluminium platter with integrated damping helps minimise unwanted resonance for cleaner sound reproduction.

Designed for ease of use without compromising performance, the SL-1500CS features a built-in phono stage and comes supplied with a pre-installed Ortofon 2M Red cartridge for plug-and-play operation. The aluminium S-shaped tonearm uses a high-precision gimbal bearing for accurate tracking, while the auto-lift function raises the tonearm at the end of a record to reduce stylus wear. A high-rigidity chassis with vibration-damping construction further enhances playback stability, making it suitable for both Hi-Fi systems and dedicated vinyl setups.
