Built around the SAA7826 CD system and DA11 optical mechanism, it prioritises accurate disc reading and low mechanical noise, while the top-loading design with a dedicated CD puck helps improve playback stability.

FPGA-assisted I2S output offers ten selectable pinout modes, making it easier to pair the CT90 with a wide range of compatible DACs. Alongside dedicated USB audio, dual AES/EBU, and coaxial outputs, it integrates effortlessly into both modern and traditional Hi-Fi systems. A dedicated upsampling circuit can convert all audio to PCM or DSD, giving you greater flexibility to match the capabilities of your DAC.
