The A50 Signature is Arcam’s first dual-mono Class G integrated amplifier, with each channel built as its own self-contained module. Separate transformer windings, regulation, reservoir capacitors, Class G lifter stages and heatsinks help minimise interaction between channels while maintaining a stable power supply. This improves stereo separation and gives the amplifier greater control when music becomes more demanding. The Class G design also delivers extra power efficiently when required, helping the A50 Signature drive more challenging loudspeakers with stronger dynamics and a cleaner, more composed presentation.
Modern Digital and TV Connectivity
A new ESS ES9039Q2M DAC handles digital sources, helping the A50 Signature preserve fine detail and maintain a clean presentation from modern equipment. USB-C makes it easy to connect compatible computers and digital sources, while HDMI eARC provides a simpler way to route sound directly from your television. Wireless playback is also supported through Snapdragon Sound and Auracast, giving you more choice when listening without cables. Together, these connections make the amplifier easier to integrate with streamers, TVs, computers and other digital sources around your system.
Class A Phono and Headphone Support
The built-in Class A MM and MC phono stage allows the A50 Signature to work with a wide range of turntables and cartridges without requiring a separate phono preamplifier.
