At the core of each earphone is a single 10mm dynamic driver with a carbon-based diaphragm — a material normally reserved for FiiO's higher-end models. This works with a dual-cavity structure and magnetic circuit design to reduce distortion and improve transient response, especially in low-end-heavy or vocal-focused tracks.

Housed in a die-cast zinc alloy shell, the FD11 is built for comfort and stability, with a triangular ergonomic shape that stays secure throughout daily wear. Inside, a C-shaped acoustic channel helps refine the bass by managing airflow and damping. It comes ready to use with a 3.5mm oxygen-free copper cable, detachable 2-pin connectors, and a range of ear tips for different ear sizes.
